Few ingredients, choose genuine products of certain origin, only in this way will you be able to offer a rich and healthy dish from a nutritional point of view.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 150g of cooked ham
- 120 g of stringy cheese - edamer type
- 1 egg
- salt and black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Method
In a fairly large bowl, pour the minced meat at room temperature, an egg, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper.
Create a homogeneous mixture. Spread the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and, using a rolling pin, roll out the meat until it is about half a centimeter thick.
Lay slices of cooked ham and then the edamer cheese, until the entire surface is covered.
Using the baking paper, create a roll and let it rest in the fridge for at least half an hour, so as to compact the ingredients.
Next, remove from the refrigerator, remove the baking paper, and cut into slices of approximately 1.5-2 centimeters.
Cooking must be done in a non-stick pan in which you have heated a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Sear the rolls on both sides, just a few minutes. Or you can choose to cook in the oven: 20 minutes at 180°C will be enough.
Serve hot, cold, as a second course or as an aperitif.
Good, delicious, spectacular. Easy to make and quick to cook. What else could you ask for? Enjoy your meal!
