The products on sale in our Shop are of food origin (fresh meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc.) and do not benefit from returns or replacements for obvious reasons of conservation, perishability and consumer health safety.

In fact, Italian legislation does not provide for the right of withdrawal on any food product, not even those packaged vacuum-packed or in a protective atmosphere. Art. 55 of the Consumer Code (De.L. 06/09/2005, n. 206 – Official Gazette 08/10/2005, n.235)

Only those products that can be returned intact, intact in the sealed package, and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (in our case vinegar, wine, beer) are excluded from the impossibility of withdrawal. Complaints

In case of unforeseen circumstances, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We undertake to individually evaluate reports and complaints relating exclusively to our products: write to us at ordini@carnegenuina.it also attaching photographic documentation to the communication or contact us on 3272245892.

Refunds

If, upon opening one of our packages, you notice that something is wrong, contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the order, by writing to ordini@carnegenuina.it or by calling 3272245892.

We undertake to individually evaluate reports and complaints relating exclusively to our products: you can write to the email address amministrazione@carnegenuina.it attaching photographic documentation to the communication and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Any problems regarding shipping and delivery, however, must be immediately reported to the courier: after signing the delivery document, it will no longer be possible to make complaints regarding the external appearance of the packages.
