Shipments to Italy

We ship to all Italian provinces by entrusting orders to the refrigerated courier Stef.
Shipping costs are €11.90 throughout Italy, islands included.
Shipping costs are free if the order exceeds €149.

Orders entrusted to Stef arrive at their destination in 24/72 working hours calculated from the day of shipment. Possible variations occur due to force majeure or if the order is directed to areas not covered daily by the delivery service.

We ship every business day, Monday to Friday.
Orders received from Thursday onwards are shipped from Monday.

Local delivery

Local refrigerated delivery is carried out by Carne Genuina staff exclusively in Treviglio (BG) and neighboring towns, at €2.50

Pick up in the farmhouse

Do you prefer to collect in person?
Order online or by phone, collect for free in Cascina.
We will welcome you to Cascina with open arms.

Farmhouse opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Thursday: 11.30am - 1.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 1pm

You can book a collection outside opening hours by communicating your request to us.

We suggest you book your shopping on the site or by placing a telephone order at least 48 hours in advance.

Shipping cost

For orders over €149 shipping is always free.

€0.00 : collection at our headquarters in Treviglio (BG) during opening hours.
€2.50 - €4.90: local refrigerated delivery in 24/48 hours carried out by Carne Genuina staff in Treviglio (BG) and neighboring towns.
€11.90 : refrigerated home delivery throughout Italy. The goods are entrusted to the STEF courier who will undertake to deliver them within 24/72 hours from the date of shipment, i.e. a maximum of three working days from the date of departure from our office.

Carne Genuina does not ship outside of Italy.

Delivery failure

If unfortunately the courier does not find anyone at home and is unable to contact you by telephone, he will take your goods back to the nearest refrigerated location and your order will be stored carefully , in absolute safety until the next scheduled delivery in your area .
The courier will attempt a new delivery on the first next working day of deliveries scheduled in your area or you can choose to collect the goods at the nearest STEF office, within 5 working days of the notification.

The packages of fresh products are vacuum-packed and are stored in storage at a controlled temperature between 0-4 degrees. Our customer service will be available for after-sales assistance for any doubts.

Delivery delay

Carne Genuina, after having promptly entrusted the shipment to the courier, is relieved of responsibility for any unexpected delays occurring during transport and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by non-delivery resulting from events and causes of force majeure. Obviously our customer service will do everything in its power to support you: if necessary, write immediately to info@carnegenuina.it

Transport and storage of products

We deliver our fresh products throughout Italy via refrigerated courier: we vacuum pack them and store them at a controlled temperature until they arrive at the recipient; all transit locations and all means of transport are refrigerated and maintain a temperature of 0-4 degrees. Our products are specially packaged for shipping and are always delivered well in advance of their expiry date.

All our products have a shelf life of 15/20 days starting from the production date . This expiry date refers to the intact product, stored at controlled temperatures of 0-4 degrees.

Product conservation

If you store our products in a domestic refrigerator, we recommend consuming them within 3/4 days of their arrival or you can freeze them immediately in the freezer as is.
From the moment of delivery, any liability relating to the poor condition of the products is excluded if this is due to improper storage and complaints are not accepted after the fourth day of delivery.

Complaints

In case of unforeseen circumstances, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
