The recipe with chicken meat that we are about to prepare has a hint of summer, quick dinners to prepare and a good cocktail to enjoy as an accompaniment, but it is perfect for any occasion, thanks to its light taste, the goodness of fried foods (let's face it, we like really everything is fried) and a sauce that recalls the scent of Mexican cuisine: guacamole!
The speed of the recipe is further facilitated if you decide to purchase the chicken nuggets already ready and cut to perfection. Furthermore, with the time saved we can have fun creating many accompanying sauces: pepper mayonnaise, spicy ketchup or Chimichurri sauce . Ready? Let's fry and go!
Ingredients: fried chicken nuggets with sauces
- 400 g whole chicken breast or ready-made chicken nuggets
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 80 g 00 or rice flour
- 2 limes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- seed oil for frying to taste
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Chicken nuggets with guacamole procedure
First, let's prepare the guacamole or other sauces to accompany the morsels. For the guacamole sauce, in a bowl place the diced tomato, the roughly chopped avocados, add the juice of the 2 limes, the finely chopped onion, chilli pepper and coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Now let's move on to the chicken nuggets. If we use the whole breast, clean it and prepare cubes of about 3-4 cm. If we have breast pieces we are already ready. Now beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste and prepare the flour of your choice.
Now let's dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then dip them in the eggs and coat them in the breadcrumbs - which we can embellish with chopped sesame seeds, coriander or parsley -.
Super quick and super tasty. Fry the chicken in hot frying oil for about 2-3 minutes. Let's turn them often, as soon as they have taken on a nice golden color, place them on a sheet of absorbent paper and salt to taste. We serve piping hot and accompany with slices of lime, fresh coriander, if we want a boiled corn on the cob and the sauces we prepared previously. A real treat!
