Wagyu Box: assorted cuts of Scottona Wagyu meat (Japanese cattle), 90% crossbred, born and raised in our family company soc. agr. The Assanelli brothers.

100% Italian adult bovine meat (born, raised, slaughtered, packaged in Italy) in a 5 kg savings pack. A small treasure chest of delicacies, with exceptional shapes and flavour, ideal for small families, couples or singles who want to experiment and try cooking beef using different cuts.

There 5 kg box includes the following cuts of beef:

• 2 ribs or 1 Florentine steak, total 600 g
• 2 burgers of 150 g each
• 3 Slices of Walnut or Topside, 500 g in total
• 3 slices of scallops, 500 g in total
• 1 minced meat of 500 g
• 1 500 g stew
• 2 roasts of 800 g (among Reale, Cappello del Prete, Magatello, Shoulder, Fish, Braised meat)
• 1 500 g pack of shanks or blancmantos

It is possible to express preferences on possible alternatives: requests will be granted depending on product availability.

All cuts are packaged in practical vacuum bags to allow you to freeze them directly, without any additional processing!

Transport takes place exclusively via refrigerated van : you will receive the Box at home, stored at a controlled temperature in complete safety.

This 100% Italian meat comes from cattle born and raised on our family farm.
