This Parma ham comes from the selection of the best Italian farms and from the guarantee of a strictly antibiotic-free system from the 49th day of the animal's life, i.e. for at least 7 months from slaughter, a supply chain certified by an external body at European level and with full traceability.
The meat comes from heavy Italian pink pigs , raised by family-run companies according to ancient methods, grown without haste, in the open air . The legs are processed naturally with the addition of a mixture of sea salts and matured in wooden cellars , curated by ancient experience handed down through generations: they are the butchers of the Parma hills who keep hams and secrets for wisely dosing meat, time, salt and seasons.
