INFO
A very short supply chain from which a raw beer is born, which does not undergo pasteurization, but enhances its aroma with a refermentation in the bottle which guarantees a rich and unique beer of its kind.
CLEAR
Produced with a single type of malt, it is clear and bright, with a white, compact and fine quality foam.
Characterized by citrus and herbaceous aromas and a delicate taste, with a clean and slightly bitter finish. Drinkable.
WHITE
Produced with a mixture of barley and wheat malts, it has an opalescent blonde color and a compact foam. Its pleasant fruity aroma stands out and reveals strong notes of orange fruit, while on the palate it is sweet and pungent at the same time thanks to the presence of wheat and the spiciness of orange peel.
RED
Produced with a blend of four barley malts, it has a copper color with a cream-colored and compact foam. Notes of caramel and almonds on the nose, while sweet but at the same time full-bodied on the palate, with a decidedly bitter finish that balances the taste of toasted malt.
DARK
Produced with a mix of 5 noble barley malts. Brown in colour, almost impenetrable and with a persistent creamy hazelnut colored foam. On the nose you can perceive aromas of coffee, licorice and chocolate, further enhanced on the palate by the roasted malt.
