Ingredients:
- 250 g of minced meat (better if organic)
- 400 ml of bechamel (ready or homemade)
- 400 g of tomato puree
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- 12 tubes of cannelloni
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano and basil to taste
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
How to make a clever meat cannelloni recipe:
In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil until golden brown. Add the minced meat and cook until well browned.
Pour the tomato puree, add oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Cook the cannelloni tubes in boiling salted water following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain them and let them cool slightly.
