Bovì selects agricultural companies according to strict criteria. Here you will only find meat coming from family-run companies that raise their animals with quality food and respecting the times dictated by Mother Nature.

SOC. AGR. THE ASSANELLI BROTHERS

Via San Michele, 24 - Treviglio (BG)

This is where our beef comes from, the company, based in Treviglio (BG), covers an area of ​​approximately 40 hectares, cultivated with grain corn, waxy corn, soft wheat, alfalfa, ryegrass and polyphytic meadows.
These crops guarantee short supply chains for all 120 animals on the farm. Of which 60 dairy cows, around twenty replacement heifers, around twenty fattening bulls and around thirty calves, all of the Friesian breed and born on the farm.

 

RUGGERI LUIGI AGRICULTURAL COMPANY

Via Cascina Belvedere di Sotto, 9 - Fornovo San Giovanni (BG)

This is where the pigs we use to produce our cured meats come from. In this company Luigi raises around a hundred pigs in a closed cycle, which means that all the pigs are born and fattened on the farm. Luigi only uses farm-sourced raw materials to feed his pigs, which is why our salamis are so good.
