Organic beef slices pizzaiola style

The use of organic beef is becoming increasingly widespread thanks to the growing attention towards animal health and welfare. Organic beef comes from animals fed exclusively with natural feed and not treated with antibiotics or synthetic hormones.

This guarantees healthier meat free of chemical residues, as well as respecting animal rights.

Furthermore, organic beef is often of higher quality and has a more intense flavor thanks to the particular farming conditions.

The use of this type of meat in the kitchen is a sustainable and healthy choice that can bring benefits both for the environment and for our body.

The recipe revisited in a Bergamo key

Pizzaiola meat is a tasty and versatile dish that can be prepared in many different ways. A variation of the traditional recipe involves the use of a Bergamo stringy cheese instead of mozzarella.

This cheese, produced in the Lombardy region, has a soft and creamy consistency and a sweet and delicate flavor that goes perfectly with tomato sauce and beef. To prepare pizzaiola meat with Bergamo cheese, just follow the basic recipe, replacing the mozzarella with the chosen cheese.

This variant of the pizzaiola meat recipe is an excellent choice for those who want to discover new and original flavours, without giving up the tradition of Italian cuisine. The Cerreto from the Ciocca farm is a semi-mature cheese. Cheese with a firm but tender texture. Stringy and super tasty when reheated.
